Not flanged of course, but the size of the rotors seems to be your issue. Since your rims are the same front and rear and you have a D30 up front, I was just stating that the chevy/jeep rotor caliper/backing plate would probably work for you and your axle.

Why not go with with the Suzuki Tracker disc brakes? I have them on the front and they clear my 15" slot mags but would not clear my stock 15" steelies.

The size of the flange on the axle is somewhat dictating the size of the rotor, it wouldn't fit inside my D30 rotors or the Geo/Suzuki rotors. Going to go swap these discs for some Geo/Suzuki ones and look at doing what ITLKSEZ did and see how I like that.

Am I seeing an emergency brake on this setup?

I took my Dodge 1/2 ton truck rotors back to pick n pull. I walked almost every row of the place looking for the vehicles I know of with the correct bolt pattern and 15" wheels. In the very last row I spotted a Suzuki symbol. It was a Suzuki GL-7 and it had front discs that were in great shape and 5 on 5.5". I exchanged them for my Dodge rotors and if I mount these on the back of the flange like ITLKSEZ did everything looks promising.

Here's the Suzuki rotor in the wheel. I need to drill the holes slightly larger to press in the studs. I got studs with longer splined area so the splines go thru rotor and flange.

Clearance with the rotor on. These are still the pretty large Dodge rotors.

There is still some slight interference, you can see the scratches on the rim

My plan is to cut off that bottom arm that goes along the caliper in this pic, that's what's barely rubbing. I can't see any downside to cutting that piece off about 3/4" below where it holds the pads in. That would give me plenty of clearance.

It's worth noting, the flange on my axle does fit inside the rotor so they could be mounted on the correct side of the flange if you found some smaller calipers.
