Very well documented post! Good pictures. There is just not a lot of room under there. What made you pick a caddy muffler and how wide are your wheel spacers?

I took a shot for every time you crawled under your Jeep...that took a lot of dedication and will. If your like me though, if I can see it done, I can make it happen.
Sometimes it's hard to see and I wake up at night with the answers. John

P.S. The color of my Jeep is not a copy. Painted well before you owned yours and blue is my fav color...lol.

I looked up the muffler that I needed based off of the pipe size, location and dimensions. Summit has a nice setup where you can narrow down the exact part you need.
It takes allot of up and down to get a project like this just right. My concrete floor is polished like marble.
    Those are 2" wheel spacers.

I didn’t think you Bob and Mike would let me go on anymore runs until I quieted it down some.

Lol. It sure sounded good coming up the highway! It was also easier to keep track of where you were on the trail!

Thanks for the great thread. Hope you're still happy with your setup. I just ordered a set. Sure hope they have them in stock.

Your going to love the headers!
I am still very happy with the entire system. There are a couple little things I’d change if doing it over, but overall the system works well.
Some day I might move this system over to Steve’s 71 and build myself a new system with a couple slight routing changes.
