From Midwest Jeep Willys website regarding the 3/4 nuts that hold the output yokes on.

This has been killing me. The transfer case I picked up as a temporary unit was apparently 1941-45 early model. The threads are not coarse. They are not fine. They are extra fine. If you need these nuts, I have them and do not want. Ugh.

Do you need the nut? I might have one. I have an old Brown Lipe case in my stash. Not sure if the nut is there, I can check.

Edit: I guess I'm unclear on what you need, if anything.

Just venting. I was super puzzled for a while and kept getting the wrong thread pitch.

Gotcha. So you got the right one? I found mine. If you want it, it’s yours.
