    Nope, roof rack would interfere

Nope, note the hemed center section.

Good backup plan should it not fit the jeep.

On the right track but Others use fiberglass or even a t-shirt.

Those clues would imply fan shroud, but it's a bit small for that. A killer hood scoop that adds 50hp?

I couldn't find the link to instructions from HAMB

Maybe next time... seriously, that's a SM465 on the shelf and my T-90 is not a happy critter.

Now I've got to find the link.

No, it's not a ski mask

Used an old T-shirt to make my shroud easy peasy.

I was thinking of using a t-shirt with a top layer of canvas but the trip to the store for resin spoiled that.
Besides I already had the metal in the garage watching me for 8 years... what else on a Jeep is 20ga good for?

Biggest challenge was figuring out what the shroud needed to look like to smoothly flow air with 2" of gap to the fan on the top and driver's side, flush on the passenger side
1.5" between the radiator and fan on the top but .5" on the bottom. Fan is basicly 15" diameter 2" thick.
