    Quincy makes great compressors. That one looks old with lots of hours which could be good or bad. It looks to be a single stage.

    I would check out the inside of tank for rust threw on the bottom inside if you can. There should be an inspection opening. The air dryer is a plus if it works. That said a 1/2 HP motor is very small. The motor doesn't look like a 1/2 HP...

    Whatever you do don't get an oil less compressor, they're loud as can be.

    I can't see it running with a 1/2HP motor . but it's only a single cylinder .
    you need to look at data plate for cfm at 100psi
    I would look for up right model / twin stage for shop air
