Small Tig Machines

Yes on the water cooled torch and a 3 gallon self contained cooler..........My old Miller had a stand alone 5 gallon stainless Hobart cooler that was real noisy..........worked fine for the past 3 decades , added some diluted anti-freeze to it whenever I pulled the cart out to change a bottle........this new one is so quiet I can lesson to the News on the TV under the hood!

If you weld a lot of aluminum that air cooled torch will get hot.

So on the gas timer it's just flow on initially when you touch the pedal and how do you shut it off?....................the old transformer machines had a separate timer and control valve...........that was actuated by the pedal............might be something to look into????

 

Well at less than 200 amps and low duty cycle I think cooling should be acceptable.
yeah maybe the timer in in the foot control.
