Been searching for a while and i'm not finding the answer to this.

I switched to 11 inch brakes on my rear axle, I got the 10 drum seperated from the wheel/brake hub.

my question is do the drums need to be pressed togeather just like the 10 inch, or do I get new studs and then slips on?

I wasn't understanding if that is what the swag cutter is for?

My 11 inchers slip onto the rear hubs on my Jeep. I haven't had a problem with them so far.

:)If the backing plates and drums were sourced off of an early 70's CJ you just need to press in studs and the ID hole in the drum should slip right over the axle.........Not sure what you mean about how they look on the hub?
