i didnt use any pass side ones
i just look over my shoulder.
I had the square one that mount on the cab for door less driving.
and the little round hinge mounted one with the doors
mine worked fine.
PUT ONE TIRE IN THE CENTER OF THE REAR END.
then that turning radius problem would be licked fer sho!
the slug was fun as a dd for a while.
but antique jeeps make terrible commuter cars.

i used my 63 as a dd for quite a while (back roads also)
i rebuilt /replaced all my steering and brake stuff.
it did fine.
i insulated the bejabbers out of my 1/2 cab and firewall ect.
then i put in a heatercraft.
toasty at -30f
