Mine gets "hot" as far as the stock temp gauge goes, when it's hot out and not going very fast. I used to worry about it. Now I don't worry.
I'd ignore it if it's not boiling over.

I used the razor blade. Quiet and clean and it left the primer. The more layers of paint you have the better. It takes them all at once.

I used the BDS 2.5 inch lift springs. They are great. Bolted right in and seem smoother than the old worn out ones. Still not smooth. Smoother.

Mine did it when backing up hill. The zero dollar fix was to shift into low range when backing up. Gets the clutch out right away, no chatter.
