      Hey ther' backatcha, No, I didn't run a fuel line to the cans. I would have to pour them in. Another guy talked of doing it that way however, but I don't think he ever did. I don't know how safe it would be to have an external fuel line to cans perched on the back like that. Probably not any more of a hazard than standard, but still... funny feeling about it. More places for a leaky line, etc. and the exhaust being back there somewhere too. Especially if you are a serious wheeler, then far too much flexing going on back there. I had my carrier so I could just lift it off and leave it in the garage, cans, tire and all. A THOUGHT, IF YOU DIDN'T NEED THAT ADDED HAZARD WHEN DOING THE SERIOUS STUFF. Whoops, sorry. I would think a under tub tank would be the way to go, if you can find one. Boat supply and RV suppliers for different sizes and shapes... but especially for different materials. Good luck hower, would be interesting in hearing how you come out.
