I have a 67 CJ5 with the 225 V6. It is my understanding that many different exhaust manifold will bolt up to this motor. I am finding that my jeep is very modified. I am looking for a manifold that will allow room for the steering column that has been fabricated to work. I want to stay with a stock exhaust manifold but I just want to find one that drops strait down or at a 45 degree angle back.

    Will these work?

I don't have a pic handy but I used a 3.8 driver side manifold that is really flat like a pancake....it clears the Saginaw steering just fine

Yes that should be the flat style that leaves the most room for a steering shaft. There were several slightly different versions, but they can all be made to work.

The flat one is the best for clearance. This is the best pic I have. It's only 12* out or I'd get you a better one.

If you need a new one I got a set of new ones. This is what you need, the flat one.
