What kind of Top?

    I like vinyl better than canvas. Lighter, sheds water better, and probably less expensive as well but I could be wrong about that.

    If you like the moldy canvas smell however then you've gotta go with canvas.

    All of those are practical reasons however. If you're going for the original look canvas probably is the way to go.

    Well yeah... The people I've talked to that got it new from the dealer in 1971 say that they came out vinyl. But don't know which would be better if i want to have the original style look.

    I'm going to go with the vinyl top. As far as I know we only have two options, Bestop or the other one that is canvass I don't remember. Or a custom top.
