After the last run we decided we need a bit more lift.. however, we bought the jeep with unknown suspension. Below are pictures of the springs without the body.

I am wondering if anyone can identify if they are stock, 2" or maybe 4" springs? Tough question I know... any help is appreciated.

Hard to say. Looks like everything is custom made, including the frame.

    Wowzers!
That looks like quite the custom fabrication.
Your front springs look a tad long and I've never seen that kind of U-bolt setup before.
Sorry I couldn't be of any help

Your springs look to be 2.5" lift springs. My buddy is running 2.5" springs on his 7 and they look identical to his. The u bolt set up is a "flip" that I have seen on alot of rigs. Mostly on toyotas and such...it just puts the ends facing up and just gets rid of the potential to drag or hang up on them. Hope that helps.

Yeah... it is pretty much all custom work. We built the frame, motor mounts, X members etc... We did reuse the stock spring brackets though and the shackles... that is why I thought someone might recognize the amount of lift.

"72CJ5"... what kind of lift did you get out of the rear toy springs.. and did they bolt up no problem? and are you still spring under? thx

edit: do you have a few pics?

Your shackle angles are not right. When you start putting weight on that frame they will be lying flat on the metal.

    they should be almost vertical.
