left threaded wheel studs

    Just wondering what was the last year the factory used left threaded wheel studs on the left side of CJs ? thanks

    I believe it was the early 60's when all of the manufacturers stopped using left handed threads, not 100% sure, but my brothers 64 Chrysler had them, but my 66 cars did not. I think Chrysler used them longer than the other manu's

    Not sure of the exact date, my 61 has them, my 66 doesn't.

    my 60 has them, my 64 does not. but i wouldn't be surprised if the previous owner of my 64 got rid of them for the standard thread.

    my 66 doesn't, parts frame (58? cj5) has them.

    My '64, which is titled as a '66, has 'em.

    My 67 had them, gone now. It is probably a late 66, it has the single line master cylinder.
