My memory is foggy, but I seem to recall about 5-10-15 years ago JP Magazine had an article about installing fuel injection on a L134. It wasn't a serious article per se; the writer just wanted to see if it could be done. They adapted another kit to the L134 and had to backyard machine an aluminum throttle body plate for the intake manifold. I went online and did a search, but can't find the article. Does anybody have a copy of this article or a web link?

It was within the last five years or so. I remember it was on an M38A1 and was a Holley Projection set-up with a custom throttlebody.

    Sorry no link though. :(

Chrysler K- cars have a very simple looking one barrel TBI system. I was eyeballing one the other day. If I had kept the 4 cylinder I would have been yanking that system to see what happens.

If you can dream it, and read schematics you can build it.

Take the TB injection harness and everything from a S10 with the 2.2l the computer should be able to be programed however you like and it is doable. Need a custom adapter though, have a friend who is handy with a milling machine, or does cnc.

eventually I am going to do this with my F-head...eventually.

If I remember correctly, they used the one barrel Holley Pro Jection kit that was available back then. I think the article was titled "How to Fuel Inject Any Engine" or something like that.

I'd have to recommend it. It is cheap entertainment at the least and good resource material at the best. My subscription has expired but only due to the current state of my finances. Internet is on the chopping block next.
