Here's a few pics of my 67 CJ with a F-134 that I have been restoring on and off for over 14 years. I just have a few things to tidy up such as the vacuum wipers and upgrading to a Pertronix ignition. The jeep has less than 30K original miles. The floor boards were rusted out from all the rain here in FL and a POs cheezy attempt of patching them with fiberglass. I had to replace the rear floor, transverse step, tool box, front floorboards, and the lower 5" of each vertical channel. I also had to replace the rockers on each side. I'll add more before pictures once I find them.

I really like the look of a nice stocker! If I ever end up buying another CJ5 that right there is what I want!

    Great work on that one!

Thanks for all the compliments everyone! I haven't worked on it for 14 years! It spent most of that time tucked away in the corner of my shop. I'd work on it for a bit and then another project would come along and back to the corner she went. I have some before photographs that I have to scan before I can post them.

Good eye. Yes that is my 1957 FC-150 which is one of the first few hundred built. We call him Lil' Wil which is what the PO called him.

The red CJ is actually my girlfriends 46 CJ-2A that is STILL waiting to be restored.

Looks fantastic,,,, great color, love it!
Someday I hope to have a Jeep that only sees mild trail and street use that I can have nice paint on instead of OD Green. Your work is an inspiration.

    Looks GREAT! Any more pics?

Are you mounting your spare back to original?

Excellent build. Exactly what my '66 CJ5 will look like but with a white meyers top on it. I needed to replace the panel that the spare tire OE carrier mounts to and am having a little trouble getting the right locations. Any advice or measurements off of yours?
    Thanks,
    :v6:

Yes I plan on mounting the side mount spare. I have the original spare tire mount that I repaired along with a new one my GF bought me. I'm scared of scratching or cracking the paint though! I have some before pics that I havn't had time to find and scan.

I had the carb rebuilt and installed. Now my fuel pump seems to have quit pumping. It's a Omix replacment with the vaume pump on it. Has anyone had trouble with them failing?
