I've got a full set of emblems for my '68 Commando but they are in pretty sad condition. Most are pitted with a few missing studs, etc... Is there a good place I can send these off too in order to get them refurbished, or is there a technique I can do myself to restore them to their original glory?

I took mine to a company named "Pot Metal Restorations" here in Tallahassee. They did my 4 Wheel Drive emblem for the tailgate, as well as the RectangularJeep one for the gate as well. Ended up costing me $100 for the pair, but they came out really nice. I think I'll do the Jeepster Commando scripts next. I'll post pictures of them later on.:)

Yes, quite true. Wish their photos were better...I have seen everything that they have on their site (the SSR stuff was waiting to be picked up when I was there with my badges) and it looked a lot better in person. Keep meaning to take photos, will do today....:v6:
