    Hey Guys,

Being a father of toddlers has many rewards - but it robs time from my fabrication projects. I've been wanted to mock up some tube fenders for my ecj5 for a couple years. never can get to it. anyone interested in making me a set if I pay you and pay for shipping? PM me if you're interested. I'm not on a timeline, but would be nice to have in a month or 2.

    Thanks

Has anyone ever attempted to make aluminum parts for a flattie? As far as fenders and a windshield frame? What type of equipment does it take to roll the edges for the fenders and bend the tube for the windshield frame? Even stamping a windshield frame with the "vent" contours. Just a thought. Would an aluminum winshield frame even be strong enough?

I have made them in the past. I am going to be making more but do not know if I can have them done in the next few months.

thanks for the compliment !,TEX ,those fenders took 3 of us two full days and a day of body work and finish. I kind of don't want to lay it over because I might mess them up. I have no time to help out .sorry Scott.

You have some unique fenders for sure and I can appreciate the time you have in them. They look great. I think I am just going to cut mine, taking the easy route.
