FINALLY getting back to the BT3-C; after a LONG hiatus... Working the patch panels on the fenders, about 12 hours to cut, fit, weld in place and sand. Not quite up to par to justify a career change, but will look great from about 6 feet! I hope to start on the tub next week; about eight sections need to be cut out and replaced. Thankfully, none of the reinforcement stampings are damaged. When that's complete, I'll order the floor and (perhaps) tailgate. Still thinking of a way to make the tub removable, similar to the M-416. I've got an old CJ tailgate that's useless except for the "Jeep" stamping that I'll be grafting into the tailgate. At this pace, I should be complete by the time I'm 50... (43 now!)

I retreived my T3-C from my father when I was 47, used it unrestored for several years, started restoration when I was 53 and finished just before my 55th birthday. ;)

Yeah, it's just like any project, momentum is the key. Keep forward progress going and it's not a problem; let it sit for a few months (a year)... game over! Now that I've got some time, I hope to keep it moving forward more regularly.
