Flex fuel commando

It's been awhile and I have all kinds of reasons why my megasquirt project is slow, but none of them are real interesting. I am making progress and have most of my parts. I am curious if anyone has tried converting the megasquirt jeep to a flex fuel setup? I am curious if it would work on a dauntless? Everything I have read is it is a code update and a Fuel composition sensor. I know the fuel lines have to be made of a special composite the alcohol will dissolve the regular fuel lines.
What is unclear to me is I think the timing most be controlled by the ECU, with the odd-fire Buick, Megasquirt is incapable of handling the spark timing sequence.
Any one care to chime in?

 

I plan on running mine on propane, 383 stroker motor running 10.5:1 compression.

I originally posted this and since I have got married, moved packed and unpacked the garage. I was to do a write-up about megasquirt and I feel like I might actually get to start working on it again. (mild Threat on my part) I would really like to try the whole flex fuel but I have to get megasquirt installed and running first.
Life just keeps getting in the way of my jeep projects.
