Hmmm....yes the brakes stop the 6 when I need them too....No I don't like the feel of the pedal....the pedal travel (60-70%)before brake engagement is VERY disconcerting to me, I've gotten used to it, but in all my years driving I' ve never had a vehicle that has this problem.
In my testing I'm finding if I really mash the pedal I can get a little lock up in the front at about 25mph....but nowhere anywhere what I'd expect from PB/discs/big drums in back.
    Thanks, Jim S.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that picture. For the sake of clarification, which chamber of the master cylinder is feeding the front brakes?

The rear chamber (large one) is plumbed to the front discs, smaller front chamber to the P valve then rear drums......

ps....when I first set up the plumbing I had it backwards (the pic), changed it before street use.

Sounds like the low pedal is probably related to the master cylinder not being able to push enough fluid (too small of bore/piston size) or the push rod between the booster and master cylinder is not adjusted correctly for your application. Nickmil

After re-bleeding/checking drum adjustment etc last night I tested again without much satisfaction. I decided to open up the proportioning valve all the way (despite what Wilwood instructions say) and have a much better pedal feel on the way to work this morning.
I'm probably going to remove the master this weekend to check bore size, but am feeling much better about the brakes after todays ride in....
    Thanks again all, Jim S.
