I'd like to get a bikini top on my '65 so I don't fry this summer. Can anyone recommend a source for a high quality top that is easy to install?

    Thanks in advance,

    Bryan

Don't know the price but Jc Whitney has some in different styles and colors, Like the Union Jack, US flag and a few others.

I just got a new bestops standard bikini for mine, around 50 bucks shipped, and works pretty well, it even came with new footman loops for the straps.

A side note: I wanted to get one of the mesh style ones, as they are quieter and do not flap, but the reviews said they didn't block the sun too well (sun burn through it in an hour or two). The sun is too intense here in NM to have a top that doesn't block it well when your out all day.

Just ordered a Bestop myself. Here in PA I need it to protect me in case the sun happens to come out. My eyes don't function too well above twilight anymore and my skin has lost all pigmentation. I think I remember "sun" but it's been a long time. I can't be sure that I'm not simply remembering a photograph of sunlight I saw in a magazine once.

I wonder, the mesh top may be the way to go out there. I know I had taken my top off a lot out on the west mesa, it radiates a lot of heat and cuts down on the breeze.
