Parts interchange F/L 134

    Hey guys/gals,

    I'm still looking to replace some of the stuff I damaged when I dropped my engine off the hoist :)oops: ), and I'm wondering if I could use the timing cover and crank pulley off an L head? They look the same...the only difference I could think of off the top of my head would maybe be where the oil squirter would be positioned? How about the fan and pulley? Seems like they should be the same, but i don't have an L-head to compare with. Anyone know for sure what interchanges between the two?

    Also wondering if the distributor interchanges...IIRC the drive gear on the oil pump is different between the two because of the different camshafts, but I don't think I've ever seen a comparison between the distributors.
    Thoughts?

    What you want to change out is interchangeable..
