Ok, I ended up using the Stoltz boat rollers and am pretty happy with the end result. The band saw cut them pretty straight and with just a little sanding on the wheel they came out nice and flat. I ended up with just over 1 inch width pucks and of course had to cut a little off under the clutch pedal but that was it for modifications. You should be aware that the roller is NOT 12" long as advertised... more like 11" of useable poly.

Took it for a test drive and it rides pretty much like it did before (which is GOOD). The test road was solid washboard so if it can survive that for a few miles it should be good to go.
