I've looked on a few of the websites for a view of the mid 60's 4cyl fuel pump. No luck......
Would anyone have a manual that they could send me a photo copy of the fuel pump and its parts list??? I have a friend that is in desparate need of help and I told him that you guys would come through for him. I'm going to his house after work on Friday so, sorry for the short notice.

Curious as to why you need a parts blowup. Planning to rebuild it? Why don't you just buy a new one? Which kind does he have?

This may benefit me as well. The Parts Houses around here tell me it is obsolete. The tag part# is 4032 E4 (AC#)

I don't think they are obsolete, I checked on recently and found the one with vacuum lines (for windshield wipers) was more expensive but you can use a substitute without the vacuum lines for lot less. I have the part #'s at home and will send them later.

Ok here are the part #s for 66CJ5 with L134
no vacuum lines - carter m2195
with vacuum lines - airtex 4032

Go to Walacks, had mine in 3 days. I've been to local stores and found most were not right or generic junk. I think I paid 29 or 39 for one without vacums. I did'nt believe trying to make the old one work was worth the effort, let alone price of parts and shipping. Pushes gas great and has nice glass bowl to see all the junk from my tank....! Txs, to Glenn in FLA. for your advice when I did mine.

I told you the wrong year. It's a 1958. It's the one with the glass bowl on top. It is dumping fuel on the ground from what looks like a location for a threaded plug. (his words) I won't be seeing it until tomorrow night after work. I need to troubleshoot this rig before making any decisions on a new pump or not. There may be more than just a fuel problem!!!!

Is it a Jeep that has been running ok but just developed a fuel pump leak?

No, it started having problems when shifting into 3rd gear, it would shut down like running out of fuel. When he first described it, I thought ignition problem of some sort. But now it's a first things first deal. I'll get the fuel leak stopped, then go on to the other problems.
