Power Steering Bracket Torque

Does anybody happen to know what the torque range is for the power steering pump mounting bracket to engine is for a 74 CJ5 w/ 304? TSM shows the torque for pump to bracket (30 ft-lb) but not for the bracket to engine and I haven't found anything on the forums or online.

Ayuh,..... Not that I use anything but my calibrated elbow, but standard torque for a 3/8" bolt is 30 to 35 ft.lbs,.....
