I have heard people use Durabak, and have good results, I have my cage out and I am going to start on the prep for the liner, anyone have any suggestions for brand, and if you have a preference, where did you get the product?

I want to start on this ASAP, so I can get my CJ on the road and wheeling again. :D

Done a couple of mine. Rolled one but on the second I used an undercoating gun I had. Liked that one by far the best. Also on that one used a kit that let me tint it the color of the rest of the jeep. Bought the kits at a local automotive paint store.

Applied Surfaces at 800-272-3312 took care of me on the Durabak. I was
very happy with how mine came out. I used their rollers and some cheapo brushes to apply it. Came out very textured, which is what I was going for.
I did the inside of the tub, the underside of the tub, the bottom of my gas tank and inside the fenders. Cost me about $275 total, not including brushes, paper towels, etc. Just be SURE to tape off everything you don't want it on. And wear long pants, shirt, gloves, etc.

Here's some pics....(near the bottom of the page)

The red is about one gallon thick. R) Seriously, I just rolled it thin like they suggested, let it tack up, and rolled some more. I kept going until I was out. Inside the wheel wells, I built it up pretty heavy in anticipation of rocks being flung up in there.
