Steering Limiter On Dana 27a Front Axle

    Looking for fabrication ideas since I cannot locate a new weld on part. I need to replace the driver side steering limiter on the front axle. Has anyone fabricated one and then welded it onto the housing tube?

    Ideas?

    Put a WTB ad in the classifieds. Dana 25/27s are a dime a dozen. I'm sure someone will cut one off for you.

    one of my parts axles has nuts welded on the housing as a limiter.
