Yah that’s the problem with all these social media situations... one has to be very careful what they say. Big b, I assume thought he was just talkin with buddy’s when he made the comment your referring to. If you look at the CE hats they are a bit generic for many yrs of cj and for mass producing purposes. Hard for people to keep those factors in mind. Really if you want a 100% proper job you must do it yourself... and usually being a perfectionist is not profitable :(

I think I got the same deal on the rear floor as you did. If I recall, the front floor was around $540 US.

When I get to that point I'm totally prepared to have to make modifications/adjustments. But I'm already thinking of how to do them.

Well I finally got around to removing the welded on panel from the passenger side. There is some metal underneath, but not much. Decision needs to be made on how to approach rebuilding the side? Cut/fit/weld or buy full body panel?

I agree with sternclan, it's all flat sheetmetal there, should be pretty straightforward.

Can you use the piece you cut off to patch or is it too thin?

The piece I cut out is pretty rusty on the inside as it wasn't sealed well at the bottom. It's also not large enough to have the proper bend at the bottom. Still contemplating the solution.

Couple weird things going on here. Looks like I have the wrong crossmember, it's missing the cup for the transfer case mount. I also have the clutch cable assembly. For a 69 shouldn't it be the pivot tube style? PO also drilled a hole in the frame to run the cable through. Nice.

Those appear to be the original seats with the stripes.

Upon further review, I believe the clutch cable is correct for a T14. But the cable bracket on the transmission looks out of place.

That's a homemade clutch cable bracket...do some searching as we just had a few discussions about these brackets...yours looks like someone modified the frame bracket to mount on the transmission....
There are also two different transfer case mounts....the round one that goes into the cross member and then some later ones used a z-bracket that goes to the frame rail...I am remote using my phone, but do a bit of searching, both topics are well discussed with photos, or maybe someone can't post some links to those threads...maybe when I get back to a computer I can find them.

^^^What James said. Someone took the outside frame mount and booger'ed it together to work on the tcase.
These pics show it as it should be, sorry they are not better but will get a better pic tonight of the restored one I have for my build. I believe that Jeep started using this cable late 69 early 70. Prior to that they used the bell crank setup

Not sure exactly what you are asking here. Source, as in where to buy one?
