So all the major metal work is done, except for running the beads on the bed floor center section. I did not acquire the bead roller fence, so I need to figure something out on how to run a perfectly straight bead, six times over 72 inches. I may set up two picnic tables as feed and done tables, and make some form of fence attached to the tables......

    It runs, fires right up.

I re-did the gas tank skidplate, and got all the rear bumper mounts done, and tow hitch.

I'm happy with how the hard top side panels and door surrounds turned out. With the TJ doors bent inwards at the top, the way enclosed the door looks good IMHO. Its hard to make a trapezoidal object fit in a square.

I need to get my driveshafts re-lengthened....

I have very minor metal work, little here, little there. But I'll be doing a ton of bodywork in places, Will end up using some bondo to smooth some work out, but all in all hope to use less than a gallon, and most of that will be sanded off.

I decides on colors, dark red body, black on the hard top sides, and a white hard top roof. And I think I'm gonna put the Bellview winch on the front of this for a period look.

We'll see about the color scheme, I got other ideas also, blue over blue, and then crème, metallic orange over root beer....

Well it got in primer prior to winter so that’s good. Took a new job so my time to work on this has been diminished. Hope to have it road worthy by spring

OK, its been well over a year since I last posted. The truck is built and running. Just got the doors and hard top painted. I just need to figure out how to post pics. The longer wheelbase rides great. Been to handful of car shows with it.
