    Fellas,
Doing my ps conversion I had ordered a crown 999416 arm in advance. Looking at it now I think I'm gonna need a 1-1.5"or possibly 2" drop arm.
Anyone have any info on which one?

    Thanks,
    Justin

I used the W.J. 1- 3/4" drop on my Jeepster/Commando power Saginaw conversion, my J/C has a 4" spring lift.
I put this picture together when I was doing mine...maybe this will help?

It will all depend on how much lift you have and where you mount the steering gear.

The part # Justin posted I'm going to assume he is running CJ steering, if so the drag link end taper is too small for a FSJ arm. I believe the FSJ has a 7° taper same as GM. I can't speak for the WJ or XJ.

Interesting, the flat arm in the previous picture was sold to me being represented as from a FSJ and it did fit the taper...I am not sure what it came off from now
All three arms in the previous picture fit the replacement tie rod components that I got from Rock Auto. All three fit the sector shaft of the Saginaw power steering box although I did file a "V" into the indexing "tooth" on the WJ arm so I could clock it in any position.

The stock FSM pitman arm is not flat, the one you have labeled as FSJ looks to be a CJ arm.

Lots of confusion ...........First off make sure all the weight is in the vesicle and at ride height before trying to determine what Pittman arm you may need.......and Not knowing what your plans are for your Jeep...........I always like to go larger / bigger ( which will require cutting a new taper in your spindles ) on both the Tie Rods ends and the size of the material for both the tie rod and Drag Link......the small factory material does not hold up well to bigger tires and / or power steering when the force generated can easily bend either tube when a tire is up against a curb or rock...............

Call Parts Mike in California they have been sorting out all these steering issues for decades and have most of the parts in hand.......

My first post was to clarify that the FSJ pitman arm will not work with your setup. I would also not recommend reaming a CJ arm (not enough meat on it).
If in fact you need a 1.5 drop and want to go larger DL end go with a stock FSJ which has the drop your looking for.
If you want to stay with your current setup any CJ PS arm will work for you, Terry gave some suggestions to help you choose the proper one.
