What are everybody’s opinions on pro comp lifts? My old springs are shot and I don’t quite have the dough for a BDS lift yet. Most of my driving will be on the street. And what’s the ride quality like?

I have a set of Pro Comp, no real issues. Rode with Finocj and his BDS springs are definitely a nicer ride.

Bottom line, likely no quality or durability issues with Pro Comp, just stiffer.

    Uncomfortably rough or manageable?

not uncomfortable or unmanageable but if it was a 5 instead of a 7 it may be a little unnerving. I think the extra length helps keep the bounce down some.

I have a 2.5" pro comp lift. The springs were really stiff so i pulled out a leaf from each spring pack and now they ride great.
