dash knobs

    where can you get replacement knobs,ie lightswitch,throttle,choke,wiper,and hazard? it is for a 1970 CJ-5 I have all but the wiper knob,and the previous owner painted everything with spray paint, was gonna clean them up with laquer thinner untill it ate my hazard knob and wiped choke right off the choke knob:mad:

    just picked up wiper and headlight knobs nos on epay from seperate sellers... $4 ea IIRC

    dont quiet understand why this post was moved,orignal replacment knobs,not resto material? no big deal just confused

    Postal Jeeps used that wiper knob through 78 that I know of. You could call the guy at www.postaljeep.net to see if he has one.

    I have one on my 78. The arrow points one way but to start the wipers you turn the switch the other way. o_O That's on my list to review.
