    I am still learning the site so if this is in the wrong place I apologize but I was at a jeep show today and I saw a 66 cj5 with a front bench seat, I never new they existed and now my wife wants me to find one for my cj6.

    Is this something I am ever going to find or am I better off just sticking with my buckets

    Rare but not un-obtanium. Try a wanted ad here, keep an eye on the willys tech for sale board & reach out to the used parts sellers such as Harry Sheets. It may take a while but eventually one will turn up.

    That stuff is truly hard to find.........especially when the seat frames and floor brackets are both un-molested , notwithstanding the spring seat suspension is also probably intact...........that's a deal if you really want that seat combination.

    Even though I like the bench and I probably won't easily find another one it's not in the stars for this set, just can't spend that much right now when the buckets I currently have are useable

    I mean I can weld and fab just about anything I might take a look at widening the driver side bucket and just having it re covered
