After installing a dual MC and the engine I have no room for plumbing. ['62 CJ5, 134 f head, 11" drums] If I move the MC to the left the pedals won't line up correctly. I know this has been done about a million times so I would appreciate your advice.
    Thank you.

seeing that the single master cylinder . brake line was on front and not on side . The only solution I can think of is move engine more to right . I would have thought the 4 cylinder would have had more empty space . over there . vs the V6

Is it just the picture or does the push rod go at an angle? If that is the case, it needs to be straight from the brake arm to the piston or its not gonna work right.

Herm sells brake banjos for this. I bet you can find another source, but here they are.

I purchased banjo fittings for the master cylinder. They do not stick out far from the MC and allow the lines to be hooked up. I got the banjo from Pure Choice Motorsports in AZ.
www.purechoicemotorsports.com Lots of information on the CJ3B page.
I put on the 11" brakes in '05 and the dual master cylinder in '07.
Plenty of information out their, but it takes some looking.
    Good luck Tom

Thanks for the help. I will look for the banjo fittings before I start moving things around.

Herm has a kit for this application but since he no longer accepts Pay-Pal or credit cards it is difficult and slow to order from him.
Does anyone know the particulars on which banjo bolt and fitting I need. I will order from Herm if I need to.
    Thanks

I am also trying to figure out the sizes. I have a dual master cylinder kit that came with my CJ when I bought it that was never installed. Kind of a drag about Herm and payment on orders. He must have been burned somehow.

Herm has been doing business this ay for some time. Yes, it is a PITA for the customer. But the CC clearing merchant banks take 3%+ 'fees'. A rip, if you ask me. Herm probably decided he'd take the hit on sales so that he doesn't need to 'bend over the fender'.

For brakes and fittings, you might also check with R&P. I used their dual MC kit, based on WIlwood MC and it is a lot slimmer and has remote fluid reservoirs.

I notice that nearly all banjo bolt adapters come with male AN threads. Sorry to say that I have never made this connection. Can someone tell me how to connect this to steel tubing?
    Thank you
