Parts might be hard to come by. Saw that Tom's bronco had a few that I thought were priced pretty reasonably, $325-$345 complete.

Not sure if R&P has these parts or not. Might be worth a call.

30 stuff is hard to find.
Think of what vehicles the 30 was used on.
I found 3 sets of spider gears on ebay 2 years ago.
I've been looking for shafts myself.
Acquiring used units for parts probably the best route, regardless of axle ratio.
Sometimes you may have to buy a whole axle.
30's are frowned upon in some circles and can be found.

seeing as the clutches are the same as the 27 for the 30 would the shafts and spiders be the same?
the 30 was used in front and rear axle combinations unfortunately most of those vehicles are rust buckets and people scrap them the first chance they get. jeeps, scouts and old broncos are not as common on the road anymore. i am constantly on the lookout for these parts because i know they are difficult to find.

I bought my unit from a Jaguar parts supplier. I got the complete unit for a 19 spline. Jag uses Dana rear end.

The 27 and 30 shafts and pinion gears are different from each other. The. 25 and. 27 pinions and shafts interchange and are even harder to find.
