I know it is a topic well spoken on the web , but I need an advice

My cj 5 with the dauntless has no temp and fuel gauges working.

I like to buy a new set of al , that means:

    fuel sending unit and gauge
    temp sending unit and gauge

Can anyone tell me where to buy , because I can't find the temp unit for the v6 on the web and there are a lot of differend gauges.
Hope to hear someone who has replaced the gauges and sendingunits also for something that works.

    Well
    Like to hear

Are you wanting use the temp gauge built in the speedo cluster? I think in general people replace those with mechanical or electrical 2" (or 2 1/16") and disconnect the one in the speedo cluster.

The original fuel gauges & temp gauges are available at rockauto.com. I don't know your model year, but here is a set to fit my 71. should be the same up through 75.

I replaced mine with the ones sold by the above vendors. They work OK but they are backward from the originals, not that anybody would ever notice. Pretty easy to replace, the speedo cluster comes apart without much grief.
