I found a few pics of the trans the other day. I posted them under "identify this trans"
if you want to take a look. they were taken about a year ago, and were of the floor pans but the trany shows up ok i think. one guy thinks its a t-10 and another thinks its a muncie M20/21.

Hi, I couldn't get the time set on the jeep. messed with it all day long, test drive after test drive. Found out why, plug wires bad. You asked what intake I had and exhaust.
I looked but didn't see any kind of name on the intake, PO painted it so there may be a name under the paint but cant tell. there is a carb spacer of some type, never seen one shaped like that before but have only seen a few. It's about 2, 2 1/2 inches high and the name on it is offy. The exhaust is hedmann fenderwells with some cheap thrusher mufflers. didn't have an exhaust on it when i got it. I am beginning to second geuss the PO claims of 400 horse power.
