Hey there, I’m just get ready to final get rid of my plywood and pl glue temp floors and could use some help on some tub measurements.
    - from top of wheel housing 90’ edge to top of rear floor flat part
    - the flanges that are on the side of the front floor that attach to side panel are typical a 1/2 spot weld flange???
Thanks a lot for any help with the measurements...there really is no old floor reference to work off of! I try to get some pics up thanks j

Those are what I'm using for the build I'm currently doing as well. You can look at my build thread and let me know based on the pictures what measurements you might need.

When replacing my floor plate in the box area I welded 1" X 1" angle iron along the edges of the wheel wells to set the new floor plate on, that gives you some room to fit your new floor in even with a not so good fit, plus in helps make the floor stronger. Just something to consider, Good Luck.

Hey there, does anyone have the measurement of the Jeep body? From the front cowl flange where fenders bolt up to, to the rear valance panel? I’m Trying to put my tub back into square... I’m getting an measurement of 84 inch’s is that correct? Width Im working with 59 1/16 pass to driver side of the cowl and keep that number constant all the way to the back rear valance? Keep I have no floors so its like a crazy crushed pop can. Thanks j

Measurements you asked for - I have the tub as 83" long from the flange where the fenders mount to the rear facing on the tail light panels. Width can be subjective as the rear fenders can come out of round. What I use are the tail light panels - they are 36" on the inside (same as the tailgate surround) and 50 to the outside. From there you will have to figure the 'round' in the rear corners, but you can line it up and use the walls on the outside of the tub if needed - even from the top.

Hey there Warlock, the two humps on the bottom of center riser panel are 3/4 inch lower that the then the flat flange. I just got in a Omix floor and its riser doesn’t have the bumps or extra bracing... over seas garabage. With wood in the hat channel to help it rust again..brutal. I should of just beaded rolled a floor like metalshaper. Thanks j

Well - there is a reason I use Classic Enterprise parts - they are worth the extra money, no doubt :schooled:

Yah I guess, unfortunately getting CE parts or anything into Canada is super expensive! The price on the part basically doubles, once the taxes duties shipping brokage fees and whatever else money grab they can think of is done,. I guess our countries health care gotta get money from somewhere.. which is a good thing. Like I said I should of just taken the time and build the panel myself .
