They were not the "disk brake" era jeep wheels. I did locate a set of the wheels I am looking for. Just waiting for the snow to melt and then the seller will pull them off his 79' and trade them for my set of aftermarket wagon wheel style wheels. I have another question for you. I was at a local "classic snowmobile" run and saw a old Ford model A tracked truck. Have you ever seen a Willys jeep made to run rear tracks? Thought it would be a neat project to build.

Thanks for the "heads-up" on the Craigslist wheels. I will call and see if they are what I'm looking for.

Hello from Grand Rapids. Kinda new here, looking for MN sources for jeep parts. Would you have any stock cj5-7 steel wheels for disc brake setups? Just converted 75' to disc.

Thank you & Hello from Pa. Lived in MN from 85-03. As for my jeep found the pdf file and looked there it was some what helpful. My jeeps VIN 8322 A 17119, V6-225, 3 spd Transmission (not sure which one yet), Dana 18 Transfer Case single stick (Tag on PTO tag 300146-8 / 942237), Dana 44 Rear Axle, not sure on front yet haven't looked. Paint code 395, Trim code 246. Recheck title and it does say 1969. If it helps you can add this info to the VIN pdf file. If you like you can E-mail me (grease-monkey1@hotmail.com) and thanks very much again.

One more question for you. I have a parts Jeep that goes with my other one (came as one pkg). I'm thinking maybe the parts jeep is the one that is the Tux. My original Jeep has the Willys tailgate, and it seems that Kaiser stopped running these in '65. Is there any way to find out the year with out any numbers? There are a few things different on the body that don't seem to match up to the Tux pics I've seen.

      Thanks

Hi, found your pdf file on vin numbers to be a great help in dating my cj. Apparently i have one of the rare CJ5a Tuxedo Park Mark IV's. I have narrowed it down to between a '64 & a '68. But the last five in my serial number didn't match in your diagram of dates. Can you help?

      Serial# 8322 15575

      Thx jeepfan
