      Well I'm on my second one actually. The first froze and I read on zune forums to do a hard reset.. OOPS! Circuit City asked no questions and gave me a new one. Otherwise I love it! I wish I had my laptop back to update it with the 20 rockabilly CD's I got... But... I'm a dumbass and dropped it and the screen went bye bye
