Remove some leaves from the spring pack(s). That may help ride quality some.
The aa pedals are from a 60’s Chevy if you want them cheaper. If you didn’t have a need for hydro clutch maybe something could be made to use it...

Input shaft work for sure. Good time to upgrade the clutch to 9 1/4 too.
You could also take a hole saw to the tread to utilize the whole tire. Looks good
