      Hey, TB!
Yeah...long time! A lot has been going on in my life....it's all good, except that I've been SO busy that I don't actually get all that much time to get on the internet, or, work on my Jeep.

You have to look at the input required to power that welder. I'm assuming 20 amps. So, yes, you can run it off of a generator.

Here's the formula : The formula for calculating watts is W = V x A, where V equals volts and A equals amps.

      So...you have a 120 (110) volt machine that draws 20 amps to run it. 120 x 20 = 2400. So, at a minimum, you'd need a 2400 watt generator, or 2.4 KW (kilowatts).It would have to have a 20 amp 120 volt outlet on it.

To play it safe, I'd get a 3000 watt , or 3KW generator just to have a little extra.

I hope this helps. Take care.
