      I guess my biggest concern was how far the advance was rotated into the little Z coolant hose. I remember the advance being more into the fan belt.

      My timing is set at factory 5 degrees. If I advance it more it gets close to the hose. Retarding it less than 5, the vacuum line to the can gets close to the fan blades. It’s a fine line, haha!
