Lookin for SPring Sources

Check Espo spring. I am not sure if they have any lift springs. The only downside I have heard of Alcan is price. All the people that I have seen with them have been very happy with them.

 

Alcan and Hellcreek. Not much else other then custom out there.

 

I've heard here on the board that Bob Supplee in OKC is a good source for springs. I called him once, and he told me he could provide me with springs that I could buy from him and pick up locally here in Denver, that would save a bundle on shipping. Don't know about Jeepster springs though.

I bought some brake parts from a guy here that had some used Jeepster springs, I believe. Don't remember what they were though, might not have been stockers. Want me to check?

 

From what I have heard you will not be disappointed with the Alcan's. They last a long time and perform very well.

 

I didn't go with a radical lift on my Jeepster, just 1 1/2" to take the sag out of the rear end, but I had mine made at a heavy truck repair shop. They had spring material that matched the width and thickness of the orginals. They used the old ones as patterns and kept the eye let centelines the same with the different arch. The new rear springs cost me $150 for the pair. It's just a thought but you might want to check in to this avenue.
