    Thanks!

Lol! They do use salt I’m afraid. But I never take it out on the highway where/when they salt. Plus I keep it in the garage all the time. Just had to back it out for a photo op :D

Somehow I’m learning you never get finished with these things!

my next project is to order a Bestop for it. Just trying to decide which fabric to get.

Jeep has been on daily driver duty for the past 5-6 months and has been doing very well with little to no issues whatsoever(knock on wood). Isn’t great with gas mileage but what can I expect lol. Runs down the freeway at 65 with one hand on the wheel and Rpm is a little high at 2800-2900 but that’ll be helped once I get 33s. Although it’s had no issues it is getting ready to be my sole means of transportation without backup from my parents cars as I am getting ready to move out of the house and I am a little concerned about that reliabilty-wise.

    Love a white jeep. I have had 3 of them. Two cj-5 and a 64 cj-3b.
Quote: Rpm is a little high at 2800-2900. At what speed? and
What axle ratio do you have? Just curious.

I am sure that RPM is fine, it was just somewhat higher than my jeep. If I remember correctly I have around 2400 at 65mph. But I have the factory gears, 3.73 and 30 in tires.

That would be the sweetspot for rpm for me but I doubt I could achieve that very easily
