    Good morning everyone.
A follow up to a @Focker thread here
    Bent T14 Shifter Lever

@timgr posted this link for a rubber shift boot
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CMGZSW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and since I needed one, I went for it.

The one I had came from KW, advertised as working for T90/86 and 14.
The rubber was a bit too stiff, it would actually pull the lever out of gear so I was already looking for a solution. E5E171C7-54B5-422C-B6B6-3DD542979CC6.jpeg
I am happy to report that the Mr Gasket boot works fine! A bit tight at the mouth but I didn’t trim anything

I think With some careful bending I should be able to use the old one for the TC lever. 52430C69-496F-4DE9-9803-F3728661101A.jpeg
    Thanks @timgr for the link!

The single stick transfer case lever used a small flat rubber sealing flap with a slightly larger metel retainer. It never used a boot.

That first boot and ring is what's on my T150, but I like that second boot you used.

I going through the boot thing myself first the holes don't align and I believe I am going to have the same problem being to shift. I have one I got from the Mazda dealer that was warranty so it's been working fine so I will see how this so call original works I think it going to cause shifting problems. I got about 50 things to do the shift boot is the lease of my worries. I have been replacing most of the rubber stuff I can find. When I am done with this it should look and run pretty good.

For the transfer case, if you are not concerned about originality, single stick Scout 20’s used a bellows type boot that moves pretty freely. Something from a ‘72 and newer CJ with the 20 or 300 could probably work as well.
