beamingpix is the one from focker. if you search it, it will pop up. otherwise, here is a google link

    Image Hosting

    how i do it:
i text my pics to myself, then i open the message i just sent, and tap the pic to view it. i then save it to my downloads, and it compresses automatically.
then, i upload that compressed pic to the ECJ5 forum. i dont use image hosting sites, as too many have gone down or eventually hold your pics hostage.

lots of valuable pics were lost in the saginaw thread when photobucket did that.

Using the Tux frame (better of the two) restored, cleaned, painted the entire frame. Then ran new brake lines and all new drums all around. Not pictured a new master cylinder from walcks

Went into the motor and trans cleaned and tuned up. The Tux motor was in pretty bad shape. Mostly given to me in a box. So we choose to use the second cj motor and trans. We are trying to keep it someone what period correct. Using the original vacuum fuel pump which was rebuild with all new seals tested and works great.

We decided to go with an MD Juan tub. No real issues with any body parts except the majority of the firewall holes didnt exist and required some fab work. We took all our dimensions off the tux body I still have tryin to keep them close to factory. Everything seemed to line up nice just needs some body work as you can see we have been doing recently. Had to get out the welder and add the rear support for the tire carrier that didn’t exist. Only issue is the windshield. When the tub was sent it came with the later style windshield still haven’t decided I’d I’m going to purchase the older style or just keep this one and plug the holes

Neither jeep had a heater only the two different style controllers so I found an original one very cheap I know there not that great but in the spirit of keeping it somewhat original we went this route. Slowly restoring the heater taking it apart ensuring all pets are good and work well then adding fresh paint.

I like to stand out with projects I take on. We decided to go with a not so common color and paint it Omaha Orange. Rims got freshly painted and tires recently mounted.

Current state of the Jeep: body work, primer, paint hopefully soon, and re mount the body. Ended up ordering a new wiring harness from walcks which will be installed once ready.

Mighty nice looking engine. I'd recommend you use the cable control for the heater. The vac setup will fail at some point and it's a bear to pull for repair when it's in the Jeep!

The body I have to say looked great from the start. I'm actually happy they didn't drill any holes it allowed me to customize it anyway we wanted. The manual heater control was out of the blue cj. No heater just the cable setup. If we go that route I think ill have to modify the heater vents then wouldn't I to adapt to the cables?

Ya probalby would ,i had only seen the one with the buttons like the other one before those pics. If you have the vacuum version you could putvthe cables tonthe place the vac pods operate i think.

If you decide not to use those ones with the cables let me know i could give them a good home

When you don’t have a sandblasting booth what do you do? Improvise with a cardboard box
