Fel Pro is what you used, or what you ordered?

I'm using F150 hubs on the Waggy D44 for my son's Willys, to convert it to 5lug. Wound up getting Scout rotors to make everything line up. But, the center hole in the rotor wouldn't fit the hub so I had to turn them down to fit. Could've paid a machinist, but I chucked em up in a brake lathe with the bit turned around and cut them myself....poor boys got poor ways!

Well it IS a lathe and the hub IS brake-related! Yep, I've done similar things over the years. It's just that brake lathes aren't as versatile as REAL lathes so it can be quite limited!

Removed valve cover & started over. Cleaned head to perfection, scraped off original gasket, wire brushed cover, put down Hi Tack on cover, using the correct way, used a FelPro # 1600 extra thick cork gasket & re-installed.

Got the new 231 Installed, fired off and timing set. Ordered new Fenderwell headers.

The CJ to YJ conversion is done also. Have to get the new parts and finish up all the detail work and it will be drive time.

Finally got around to fixing the radiator I bashed up, this was from following jpet and bam bam for 10 min at the fall reunion.

Basically I hammered more clearance into the self clearancing steering bellcrank mount. then turned down the lower hose, by beating the area around the flange with a rubber mallet and plastic drift. Then I cleaned, sanded, cleaned, then fluxed the holes and any sharp corners. Then sweated like a big thin pipe. Lee, some of the lurkers here and I pulled the radiator and soldered the fins / tubes that were leaking at the reunion but didn't see this leak near the bellcrank.

I ordered two new upper windows for my soft top from the Bestop company. The passenger side fit perfectly but the drivers side would not align with the lower door. One of the guide pins was welded about 1/4 inch off and not square to the frame. Contacted customer service and they promised to send a replacement right out.

Today I cruised to a friend's shed. Installed my old Overdrive and checked for loose or missing bolts. Then topped off everything. It was a lot easier than at home.
