If you are trying to find just the gear, I expect it will be difficult. Likely the easiest approach is to buy a complete transmission and use it whole or cannibalize it. Donors would be '72-75 CJ-5 or CJ-6 with a 304, '72-73 Jeepster Commando with a manual transmission and 304. The T-15 was also used in the Wagoneer and J-truck 1971-79 (full-sized Jeeps, FSJs), and those transmissions would also work, though you would have to use your input shaft and bearing retainer if the transmission came from a V8-equipped FSJ.

I presume you've tried Herm the Overdrive Guy. There's also J&W in Sacramento CA, and do a search on car-part.com for say a transmission for a 1974 CJ-5 with a V8. Look here WTB - T15/d20 Combo for how I found a few that way. You can also try the FSJ junkyards, Jake's in NC or Montana Overland.

I have a NOS countershaft for T18 but thats not what you need.
T15 parts are harder to locate than some other Borg Warners.

Here's a long time transmission rebuilder thats selling off all his parts.
Try Mike here: BORG-WARNER T-18 TO DANA 20 ADAPTER

Otherwise I do know where to find a good used T15....

They are reproduced but many are skeptical of a Crown part. I bought one for my rebuild and it was made in the USA on the package. T-15 Transmission Countershaft Cluster Gear

There is also a place in Oregon that deals in old transmission parts. I bought a bearing retainer from them. If you are looking for good used, you could call up that company but the name escapes me now. Nickmil knows. You could pm him.

If you are thinking of R&P, I recall they are not in business any more. If Nick were around he could say more, but his profile shows no recent activity.

I have found the cluster gear, first gear, and the small parts kit. should of just bought a rebuilt t15. I only need the countershaft now. Already have around 400$ invested. I can find the countershaft for everything but a T15

Rebuilding yours is the way to go, regardless of cost and time doing it.
You will know what parts and components went into it and the condition they were in.
A "rebuilt" is just thrown together with whatever they had in the parts pile at the time.
Do it once, do it right.

jeep t15 transmission gears | eBay

Looks decent to me, although I see a scuffed area on one end that may be intentionally blurry in the 1st picturre. Ask the seller to measure it for you, or take more pictures. The only problem would be if the shaft is worn where the roller bearings ride. Looks a little polished, but ok to me. When you get the parts, measure the shaft to confirm that wear is not significant. You will need a micrometer. If the shaft is worn, you have 30 days to return and you'll only be out the cost of shipping.

The only useful parts in that pile are the shafts and gears, and maybe the thick washer. Used bearings, blocking rings and small parts should be scrapped. The tag would be fun to have. You may be able to sell the gears you don't need.

Thanks guys, Herm suggested border parts and they were able to hook me up. glad I took the transmission to a shop to be put back together, I would not have noticed the shaft was worn, could not tell by looking at it.
